工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Mexico适用的法规。
Mexico的法律要求
需要多少名指定急救员？
The employer must maintain preventive services that provide first aid throughout the work shift. NOM-030 requires emergency-brigade personnel to receive theoretical-practical first-aid training; the number of brigade members (brigadistas) is set by the workplace risk analysis, size and layout rather than a fixed national ratio.

The law does not explicitly bar online first-aid training for the workplace; NOM-030 nonetheless describes brigade courses as "theoretical-practical", so a hands-on component is expected.

- Workplaces must organize emergency brigades (first aid, firefighting, evacuation, rescue) according to their risk level.
- A joint safety and hygiene commission (Comisión de Seguridad e Higiene) is mandatory in every workplace.

本课程为期16小时的急救培训符合CSA Z1210-17标准，专为医疗保健专业人员设计。培训结束后，学员将获得为期两年的有效认证，满足CSA Z1210-17标准中「中级急救培训」的要求。相关能力每年更新一次，培训须每两年续期一次以保持认证有效。本课程专为护士设计，可加强长期护理中心（CHSLD）及其他护理环境中受益人的安全。
确实需要“工作场所急救”证书？
该特定法定证书必须在立法机构处完整完成：Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS)。
An employer may train with its own internal instructors, but when a third-party external provider delivers the training, that provider must be registered as an External Training Agent with STPS to issue the officially valid DC-3 certificate. As an unregistered external online provider, we cannot issue the required DC-3; our content only complements training delivered by an authorised agent.
