In health care, keeping skills current protects the public. For nurses and physicians, mastering CPR and first aid is part of that professional currency; for support staff and caregivers, it is a condition of working. Here is what is expected for your role — and how recognized, up-to-date, documented training meets it.
卫生专业人员：继续教育与技能更新
Nurses and physicians in Mexico certify and maintain their competencies through certification councils: the nursing certification councils (COMCE / COMACE), under the Comité Normativo Nacional, and CONACEM for physicians. Certification is voluntary, but recertification requires accumulating continuing-education credits over the cycle, so that the professional demonstrates they are keeping current.
Keeping current the ability to initiate resuscitation manoeuvres and to assist in an emergency is part of the profession's duty of care. Continuing-education activities are documented in an evidence portfolio, into which CPR and basic life support training fits.
There is no mandatory nationwide continuing-education hours standard for these professions in Mexico: keeping skills current is expected and largely employer-driven. Along the voluntary recertification route, about 150 continuing-education credits are accumulated per five-year cycle.

In Mexico, the nursing certification councils (COMCE / COMACE) and CONACEM are the bodies that apply the criteria for recognizing a continuing-education activity within recertification. 我们的培训旨在满足这些标准。

For support staff, CPR and first aid are a mandatory module of the auxiliar de enfermería curriculum. For the elder-caregiver role, the position requires, in addition to occupational training, a valid first-aid and CPR certificate; a recognized standalone certificate meets that requirement and must be renewed to stay current.

我们严格遵循 ILCOR（International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation）的建议，该国际机构负责对全球复苏标准进行科学评估与制定。这些建议是世界各地卫生组织、机构和专业行业组织的参考依据——并随着科学与临床证据的发展而不断更新。
